The Chicago Tribune (IL) has an article, “Vampires bring Washington town back from the dead” here, discussing the influx of tourism to the Pacific Northwest from the Twilight series. The article mentions a certain group of 100+ women booked at the Forks’ Dew Drop Inn for Stephenie Meyer Day on September 13th! 

ABC’s Nightline interviewed Stephenie Meyer on the eve of the Seattle Breaking Dawn concert. They discuss the dream that started Twilight, the movie, Edward, and Breaking Dawn among other topics.  See the video here.
