MTV has confirmed that Paramore will be contributing 2 songs to the Twilight Soundtrack, which will be released November 4! Perry Farrell and Muse will also be included.

“The soundtrack for the film is being hand-selected by Alexandra Patsavas, the music supervisor who’s made her mark on shows like “Gossip Girl,” “The O.C.” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”

Lead singer Hayley Williams had this to say on her blog:

“Twilight is the first series of books I’ve ever read. I didn’t get into the Harry Potter series even though I love the movies. Twilight really caught my attention and held it. I’m really excited to see the book adapted to film and excited that our band gets to be a part of the phenomenon.”
