A rep for Summit Entertainment tells ET that the actor is doing fine after the incident and production continues on his movie.
The 23-year-old star is in the Big Apple filming his upcoming flick, ‘Remember Me.’

“Rob Pattinson is fine, the reports are exaggerated and it was not caused by fans. Production continues,” according to a Summit spokesperson.

I am so glad that he is fine, for those crazy FANs who stalk him everywhere, please give his some privacy. As we all know (heard) he is a shy guy, he may just sick and tired being in the spotlight and not do any movie any more :(
