This month’s issue of Make-Up Artist Magazine features a cover story on New Moon
make-up head Norma Hill-Patton. Norma is also the headliner at the International Make-Up Artist Trade Show in Toronto, Nov. 21-22. Norma will be a keynote speaker, and she’ll recreate some of the New Moon make-up designs at the show.
