Vue Entertainment has enjoyed a bumper weekend (Fri 2nd July – Sunday 4th July) as it previewed the brand new film, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, as part of an exclusive triple bill of Twilight movies on Friday evening all over the UK

Fans of the Twilight films helped Vue smash all records with the highest attendance EVER for a midnight screening, with over 40,000 fans seeing The Twilight Saga: Eclipse for the first time, delivering a massive +27% increase on attendance to similar midnight previews for the previous instalment, The Twilight Saga: New Moon last year.

The exclusive screenings took place a full week before the brand new film goes on general release on Friday 9th July.

The third instalment of The Twilight saga is the first of this year’s summer blockbusters, and will be followed throughout July by Toy Story 3, The Karate Kid and The A-Team.
