Men in kilts is nothing new — just look at the warriors in Braveheart. A little more recently than William Wallace, Marc Jacobs has been sporting skirts this fall, causing a buzz among fashion followers. But when Twilight star Cam Gigandet went shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday in argyle socks and a kilt, we had to take notice. Putting aside the speculation about what gets worn under kilts, we want to know your opinion of Cam’s bold new casual look.

Thanks to Haley, who let us know that Robert Pattinson has been named one of ‘MuchMusic’s 20 hottest stars of 2008.’
Rob along with co-star Cam Gigandet came in at number 15. The show airs again today on MuchMusic. 

And People.com just updated its page dedicated to Rob, with more facts and information:

Move over Zac Efron! British import Robert Pattinson has arrived, and the reaction is Beatles-like. With his signature tousled mop and brooding stare, Hollywood’s newest heartthrob has tongues wagging, mobs stalking, and tweens begging.

It also has a really cool quote about Rob’s music, from Twilight

Cam Gigandet is on the current December issue of Men’s Health Magazine!  You can see some of their article here and  here!

The crappy times will show what you’re made of. “Well, you can always do what the O.C. kids did and hate your work,” says Gigandet. “When I was on that show, they all just wanted to go on and do bigger things. I imagine that’s hard. You can be as frustrated as you want, but you still have to show up for work. People don’t want to hear about it if you’re frustrated with your big career break. You still have to have a sense of gratitude and professionalism no matter what you do. I’ve been mad at everyone and everything at times. Deal with it at home.”
