It seems like such a long time ago, but really it was less than two months ago that Robert Pattinson was dealing with the madness that was the Promotional Tour for Twilight in the U.S.  These are some new pictures from his stop in Philadelphia.

TwilightGuys Report: His Sudden Change Of Tune

HIS SUDDEN CHANGE OF TUNE

So I’m in a choir at my high school, the top choir. Symphonic Chorale, they call it. And we have very few guys to be our tenors and bass.

One bass in particular holds up the bass end of our choir, and is named Nathan. He even TALKS super-low tone. We all laugh, because it vibrates our seats when he talks. But I digress.

One day, I wore my Twilight shirt to choir. I, being a high-end soprano, sat right in front of our bass section. And so, the whole time, he kept reading the back of my shirt under his breath and snickering: [Read more]

Boston Globe: ‘New Look Proved He’s Mortal After All’

The Denver Post just picked up an article from the Boston Globe, in which Robert Pattinson and his new look are in the news… again:

Robert Pattinson — The ‘Twilight” star became the object of unbridled teen lust, partially because his untamed rat’s nest of a coiffure had the supernatural power to make young girls scream. Over studio objections, Pattinson finally chopped off his unwieldy mop and proved he’s mortal after all.

Vote For Rob! Most Attractive, Most Talented

Robert Pattinson is up for the Most Attractive Man Award on Hello! Magazine. And he’s totally beating People’s Sexiest Man Alive, Hugh Jackman, “and” Johnny Depp. But 007’s Daniel Craig is catching up to him. Must be the tux. Go vote for Rob here.

Rob is also up for the Talented Young Person of the Month Award from a non profit organization set up to help young people achieve their dreams. And while he’s in the lead right now, UK’s X-factor winner Alexandra Burke is not too far behind. Help Rob secure this win here.

Twilight Mixed Bag

Here are a couple of items that don’t really go with anything else, but they are interesting.

Hot Topic: Twilight Perfume Twilight Perfume

The forbidden fruit tastes the sweetest! So take a bite of this apple-shaped bottle. It contains a delicious lavender and freesia scented perfume. Limited, and exclusive to Hot Topic! 2.7 fluid ounces. Imported.

Limit one bottle per customer.

It seems that E! has only just caught on that there is Twilight merchandising, and they featured (of all things) the perfume currently being offered byHot Topic. Amazingly the existence of the 1,000’s of tee shirts, jewelry, dolls, and calendars has eluded them. In any case, it seems the idea for the perfume, or at least its container isn’t exactly original. [Read more]

‘Little Ashes’: New Pictures, New Message, Watch Clip

They are not HQ, but we’ll take them! New pictures of Rob as Salvador Dali now in our Gallery. (We will replace them, when we get the HQ versions).

Rob NOT in Indonesia

Just to clear up the rumors that have apparently been flying around, Robert Pattinson will NOT be attending the screenings of How To Be in Jakarta. Apparently some fans have been bombarding the screening organizers with emails and phone calls, and they have asked us to let you know that Rob will NOT be there.

The good news is that they’re adding more screenings:

The screenings are filled… so many people want to watch the film that we have to add another date. So now the screening is going to take place on three different dates: 9th, 15th, and 16th of January. We’ve also organize a VIP screening for press and a distributor which will take place on the 8th.

‘The Summer House’, Just Enough To Get You Hooked

This is a clip that shows Robert Pattinson in the role of Richard in The Summer House, set for release this April. And before you watch it, read his character description and tell me you don’t want to see it now:

He sees himself as a lover, as a pop figure, something of a curious cross between Bob Dylan and Mick Jagger. He is the kind of boy who will hang around looking pitiful and hoping his moodiness will attract girls, which it does. If thwarted he will turn nasty in an instant, and does. He wants Jane to feel sorry for him for making the mistake of giving her up. He is desperate for her, but he is the wrong boy, he is an ‘unsuitable boy’.

We’re very excited for Rob, with so many projects coming up for him this year. And you can be sure we’ll keep you updated on the latest news on all of them. [Read more]

MTV: The Twilight Cast’s Future

MTV has a great article up about what’s next for the Twilight stars (other than New Moon, of course). The article mentions Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Cam Gigandet, Ashley Greene, Anna Kendrick, Edi Gathegi, Jackson Rathbone and their upcoming movies. Check it out here! Thanks Jen!

Whether you love the “Twilight” phenomenon or think it sucks harder than a hungry Nomad, you’d be a foolish moviegoer to deny the fact that its fresh-faced young stars’ newly bestowed Hollywood clout will influence dozens of films in the years to come. Much like “American Graffiti,” “Dazed and Confused” or “American Pie” before it, each of the series’ breakout actors will now head off to forge their own careers — with dreams of becoming more Harrison Ford than Mackenzie Phillips.
